 Little keto recipe for an aperitif or for a meal 😋

 8 boiled eggs
 1 avocado
 150 grams of smoked salmon
 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
 2 tablespoons of juice 🍋
 2 tablespoons chives or dill
 1 tbsp chopped shallot.
 Salt pepper

 Cut my eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolk.
 In a container, mash the yolks and the avocado with the mayonnaise, the juice of the 🍋.

 Finely chop the salmon and the shallot (keep a slice for decoration).
 Add to the container with the chives, salt, pepper, stir.

 Take a pastry bag and a nozzle and fill it with the preparation, then garnish with the egg whites.
 Decorate with small pieces of salmon.
