  1- Add to your meals food that is small in size but high in calories, such as nuts.

  2- Drink your calories, by preparing a smoothie rich in calories, such as banana smoothie, milk and        peanut butter.

  3- All snacks between the main meals, the total number of meals is from 6 to 7 meals per day.

  4- Add seeds to your food, such as sesame.

  5- Enjoy the food you love, for example dark chocolate and fruits. Some regular chocolate from time      to time is not harmful.
