Irish Terrine with Smoked Salmon

Cooking time: 45 mins
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 10 large potatoes
- 60 cl of liquid cream
- 300g sliced ​​smoked salmon
 - about 200 g of grated Gruyère cheese
 - salt pepper
 PREPARATION:
 Preheat the oven to 210°C (Th.7)
 Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices about 5mm thick.
 Butter a small terrine then line the bottom with potatoes
 Cover the potatoes with slices of salmon then gruyère, a little salt and pepper
 Repeat the operation until the terrine is filled, finish with a layer of potatoes and generously cover with grated cheese.
 Finish by adding the liquid cream and a little pepper on top
 Bake for 45 minutes
 Leave to cool, unmold and cover with slices of salmon.
